About AI Champions
AI Champions is the UAE government's community platform for AI practitioners. Its mission is simple: breaking down silos so that a solution built in one entity can be instantly reused by forty others.
It is the digital home of the AI Champions programme — a government-native space where public servants discover real AI use-cases, learn from one another, publish their own work, and earn recognition for driving adoption. It is deliberately not a generic training portal or a social network. Every part of it is built for UAE government entities and the people inside them.
How it works
The platform runs a continuous three-step adoption loop:
- Inspiration — open Discover and watch a champion's short video: "I could do this too."
- Ideation — follow the link into the Learning Hub: read the use-case, take the course, download the playbook, ask in the comments.
- Implementation — build the workflow in your own entity, measure the impact, then publish it back as a new use-case and video. The loop restarts for a new audience.

Recognition tiers
Members progress through three tiers as they contribute: Mustakshif (explorer) for those getting started, Mutamares (practitioner) for recognised contributors who author guides and use-cases, and Raa'id (vanguard) for trusted top contributors who publish freely.
Governance and safe AI
AI Champions is built to UAE government standards. Content is reviewed before it reaches the public library, personal data is handled in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and accessibility options are available from the toolbar on every page.
