Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the AI Champions platform (the "Platform"), operated by Innovation Ventures Technologies – L.L.C – S.P.C ("Innoventures"), a limited liability company (sole proprietorship) established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and registered with the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA) under the Department of Economic Development – Abu Dhabi. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose & eligibility

The Platform is a professional community for United Arab Emirates government practitioners to share knowledge, use-cases, guides and learning about Artificial Intelligence. Access is intended for approved government entities and their members; accounts may be provisioned by an entity or created on sign-up subject to approval.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, to complete onboarding where required, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Governed, gated content & the approval workflow

This is a governed community, not an open forum. Content on the Platform may be gated — visible only to signed-in, authorised users — and user-generated content (videos, guides, use-cases, courses, community threads and comments) is subject to a governance and approval workflow:

Contributions follow a submission → review → approval → publication flow. Content from members with content-creation roles is reviewed before it is published.
Moderators and administrators may edit, hide, unpublish or remove any content, and may restrict or suspend accounts, to uphold quality, lawfulness and the governance rules of the relevant entity.
Your entity governs its own members and the content they publish under its name.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and professionally, and not to publish, upload or share content that is unlawful, false or misleading, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or that discloses confidential or classified government information without authorisation. You must not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the Platform.

5. Compliance with UAE law

Your use of the Platform must comply with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including without limitation:

Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL);
Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes;
Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights;
the UAE's cyber-security and information-assurance requirements and the information-security and data-classification standards applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

6. Intellectual property

Content you contribute remains attributable to you and your entity; by publishing it you grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it to the community for the purposes of the Platform. The Platform itself, its software and branding are owned by Innoventures and its licensors.

7. Security

The Platform employs security controls consistent with a government-grade service and with UAE cyber-security requirements. You must not circumvent these controls or use the Platform to compromise any system or data.

8. Availability & disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Innoventures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or of applicable law, or where required for security or governance reasons.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
