Delete Your Account & Data
The AI Champions platform (website and mobile apps) is operated by Innovation Ventures Technologies – L.L.C – S.P.C ("Innoventures"). This page explains how to delete your AI Champions account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account from the app
- Open the AI Champions app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
Request deletion without the app
If you can't access the app, use the request form at the bottom of this page. Enter the email, phone, or username on your account and submit — you don't need to sign in. We don't verify the details before you submit; after you submit, we check whether they match an account, and if so we email you a confirmation and begin the deletion under the terms below. You can also email aichampions@innoventures.ae from the address on your account.
What happens to your data
- Immediately on request: your account is deactivated, all active sessions are revoked, and your registered devices stop receiving notifications.
- Grace period (30 days): the account is held in a deactivated state. If you sign in again within 30 days, the deletion is cancelled and your account is restored.
- After 30 days: your account and personal profile data are permanently deleted. This includes your name, email, phone number, date of birth, profile photo and banner, bio, job title, social links, and government-identity references (UAE PASS).
What may be retained
- Content you contributed to the community (posts, comments, submissions) may be kept in anonymised form, with your identity removed, so shared discussions remain coherent for other users.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that are no longer linked to you.
- Records we must keep by law (e.g. security, audit, or legal-compliance records), retained only as long as required and then deleted.
